Q: What is Pickkick.Com"s return policy?
A: We will gladly accept return in brand new condition. All products purchased from Pickkick.Com can only be returned in brand new condition with all applicable accessories (ex. retro card, original shoe laces, etc..) The return must be requested 7 days from the day the shoes are delivered to our customers. Returns and exchanges back to PickYourShoes.Com must be posted marked within 7days your request has been approved.

A: Yes,Pickkick.com have a whoesale store in China.

Q: Does Pickkick.Com have a satisfaction guarantee?
A: We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product within 14 days of receipt you can send it back to us for refund.
* All returns and exchanges must be in original new condition with all accessories in new condition. We cannot take back any worn or used products.

Q: How are shoes packaged?
A: Purchases are shipped directly from one of our independent distributors, and are all packaged in its original box.


Q: How long will it take before I receive my order?
A: All shoes are shipped directly from China. Samll order are shipped with EMS only.

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: All shoes are in United States sizes charts. Sizes are in Men"s/Women"s depending on category. All categories are listed next to size.

Q: How come I haven"t received my refund yet?
A: We process all refunds within 24 hours. If you paid using paypal, all refunds are immediate and you should see them in your account. If you do not, sometimes our staff do make mistakes and we will double check to make sure a refund was issued. If we are certain a refund has been issued, we will provide you with a reference number so you can contact paypal and ask them how come they have not credited your account yet.

If you paid using credit card, refunds are not instant. All Visa transactions are processed monday through friday, at 12:00am EST. Once your refund has been processed by Visa, the issuing bank of your Visa must accept the refund, then post the funds to your account. If it has been longer then 5 business days, and the funds are still not showing on your credit card, please contact us and we will provide you with the transaction ID so that you can contact your issuing bank and inquire about the funds.

Q: I made a mistake with my order and it"s status says Shipped, what should I do?
A: If the shoes have already left then we can not make changes to the order. Please wait until you receive your shoes, then e mail us,we will send your further instructions.


Q: When do I get my tracking number?
A: As soon as we receive a tracking number from our shipping carrier, we will immediately send an email to you.
